Maybe the owner was a member of the Never Payd community. They will upload there experience of that individual to the “Add information” page in the member profile. This info will go to our database. Then you as a landlord gets a new application from a future tenant. You can search there name in the request info page of your member profile and see any previous run ins with that individual before you accept there application. Hopefully saving you a ton of future headache and financial burden, in turn making the world a better place.
As a Never payd community member you can add your reviews of your Customer, Client, Friend, Tenant, or whoever you might be doing business with to the platform for other community members to look up at a later date.
Lets say you just started texting a new customer. They seem like a sketchy person and you are worried about not getting PAYD.
You can come to your member profile and search that individual or business before even doing work for them. Do not ever worry about not getting PAYD again.
Once one of our community members have been hurt, you can let everyone else know so it doesn’t happen again to any other community members.
Imagine putting in a whole new Hvac system, a electrical system, or even a whole new roof for a customer then they decide they can not afford it or just do not wanna pay you.
